I have lived here for almost six years and definitely recommend it. The management company is excellent and professional.

I appreciate the fact that I can walk to my gym, dentist, optometrist, post office, movie theaters, the bank, etc., all in a matter of minutes.

The manager is wonderful. He knows all of the tenants and is very attentive to their needs. I have lived in a couple of luxury buildings throughout college and law school and can say that El Greco has the best management I've seen.

El Greco Loft is a very safe and clean apartment complex. The staff is wonderful. The complex is very close to UCLA and is definitely within reasonable walking distance. The building has a "hotel" feel and though the rooms are small, there are a lot of amenities.

Really good so far. Have only disliked the not great paint job in some places. Also have had some pests that need to be exterminated. Also two noisy neighbors. Overall though very clean, friendly, etc. Good location and love the parking. Management really nice also!

By the way, due to the restroom on the lobby floor (near the fitness and business center) is normally closed after 6pm, I wish it opens all night. I brought my clients to view this property a few months ago. It was very easy to book an appointment to view this property. The staff was extremely accommodating with my erratic schedule. The upgraded units and beautiful layout was exactly what my clients were looking for. My clients especially loved the fact that it was conveniently close to every thing - from the grocery to target to UCLA -all walking distance.

I found the management extremely helpful and informative. The building is very well maintained especially the landscaping. Tom the manager and the entire staff have been very welcoming and helpful. I have very much enjoyed my first week at El Greco.

I have lived in this apartment for 8 months. The room is small but functional, the neighborhood is really safe and nice. Very convenient location, walking distance to UCLA, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Target, UPS, BOA, Chase and all those nice restaurants. Quiet at night, overall a very nice place to stay.

I initially looked at El Greco because of its excellent location just outside the heart of Westwood Village, within easy walking distance of UCLA's main campus. I signed with El Greco because the building is filled with well-appointed studio apartments (ask to the see the recently-renovated exterior apartments with balconies overlooking Tiverton Ave, for the double-height lofts on the 4th floor), and is populated with other graduate students and young professionals like myself.

I stayed year for over 2 years (twice as long as I was expecting) because of the fantastic on-premises building management team. It's wonderful to know that someone is at the door to the building during normal working hours - especially when that someone is responsive to phone calls after-hours if there's ever an emergency (like when I accidentally locked my key in my room at 11:00pm. Check our El Greco. Living here has been fantastic - I hope other people like me find this place, too :).

My overall experience with El Greco Lofts Apartments has been great and the community has managed to fulfil all our needs. The location of the building is fantastic, it is clean and safe and the management is doing everything to help us with anything we need.

El Greco Lofts is not only a beautifully designed and modern apartment complex, it is administered by the most helpful and friendly staff. From the application process, to printing and scanning documents before class, and maintaining the lobby and other common areas looking and smelling fresh, the staff at El Greco goes above and beyond to ensure tenant experience is a positive one. Located minutes away from City Target, Ralphs and the UCLA campus, as well as Bank of America and countless shops.

El Greco's location is comfortably set on a calm, one-way street right off of busier intersections. This means traffic and noise pollution are not a problem, even for the units facing out. The parking garage is very convenient, for those time visitors came over or when we rented a car. The loft itself was newly remodeled, with modern appliances and contemporary cabinetry, countertops and flooring and fixtures etc, which can match any lifestyle and decor preference.

The staff actually helped us rent everything from furniture to cups and other necessary items, since we are an international family, which is why our rent is higher than the listed price. This space was perfect for my wife and baby to spend a semester abroad in Los Angeles, especially since the other tenants mostly include other UCLA students, professors or doctors working on campus. The building itself is very safe and we never experienced any sort of danger, even with our now one-year old son.

El Greco is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. My unit has brand new appliances, with a bay window featuring a fantastic view. Management is friendly and attentive. I could think of no better place to spend my senior year at UCLA.

My experience at El Greco has been highly positive and all acquaintances I have come in contact with here have nothing but good things to say about the property and management. I maintain a second residence, a home, about 60 miles away, but prefer to stay here even on weekends because of the variety of activities in the neighborhood.

Living in El Greco was one of the best decisions I made during my time in Westwood. The staff here is incredibly accommodating and helpful, the building is kept extremely clean, and the location was probably one of the best, if not the best, in Westwood. It's just a 5 minute walk away from the major grocery stores, but also not on a busy street so there's not much noise (if any) at night. There's also a jacuzzi and grill in the back, sundeck on the roof, and gym and study loung.

This is a nice place to stay in community close to UCLA just 5 minute walk. All of stuff you need at home you can find in this apartment. There are gym, parking, jacuzzi, common area which are excellent for me. I am very appreciated for this apartment kitchen which has everything I need. Moreover, the staffs are friendly, kind and easy to ask any help. I strongly recommend everyone to move in this apartment.

It is a clean and beautiful apartment with convenient transportation. We have a very happy time in this apartment. It is very near to University of California, Los Angeles. And it is in Westwood Village. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

I moved June 2016. The apartment is clean and very illuminated. For the location is perfect for my work at UCLA. One of the best is staff kindness and professionalism. Also very helpful when you need orientation or help like a foreign student.

The staff was very helpful during move in and is continually friendly. They gave me the keys a few days prior to my move in date and it really helped make the move smooth. The staff is all ways around and aims to make the residents very comfortable.

This property is in a very good location, close to grocery stores, school and public transportation. While being generally very quiet within neighborhood.

They truly care about the residents and take the time to get to know everybody. Even though I've only met a few of my neighbors over the years, the manager makes the building feel like a home. Management works late (often until around 7:00) & my friends often comment on how surprising that is.

The first time my mother visited the building, she encountered the manager wearing yellow rubber gloves, picking up small bits of trash from the sidewalk in front of the El Greco -- she was immediately impressed with that kind of devotion to the building's upkeep. Studios are well-designed so that you can maximize the small space (in comparison to what I've seen in other buildings).

The manager for this apartment is the best manager I ever seen. He is very warm, caring, solve problem quickly and always very happy to help. Living there, I feel like at home.
